At Product In Data, we strive to provide the highest quality content and services. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with our offerings.
2. Digital Products & Content
Due to the nature of digital products (courses, templates, e-books, downloadable resources), all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered or access has been granted. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue or issue a refund.
3. Subscription Services
If you have subscribed to any of our premium services or memberships:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
- Refunds for the current billing period can be requested within 48 hours of the charge being made.
- No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of a billing period after 48 hours.
4. Free Services
Our free-tier services, including portfolio building, resume generation, and blog hosting, are provided at no cost. As these are free offerings, they are not subject to refund policies. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free services at any time.
5. Consulting & Custom Services
For any consulting, mentoring, or custom engagements booked through our platform:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
- If a session is not delivered as agreed, a full refund will be issued.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and registered email address
- The product or service you are requesting a refund for
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant transaction or order ID
We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
